We are seeking a Non-Commissioned Security Officer to join our team and provide physical security services and protection of property, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have excellent observation skills, the ability to think quickly in stressful situations, and a strong understanding of security protocols.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure compliance with security policies

Respond quickly to emergency situations and customer requests for assistance

Maintain accurate records of activities on duty, including incidents, patrols, access points checked, etc.

Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify potential security risks or breaches

Remain alert and vigilant at all times

Provide customer service assistance to guests or visitors when necessary

Provide direction or guidance to other officers as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Proficiency with phones and basic office software applications
